说说弯曲污染源对房产影响的问题

昨天看到坛子里一个NJ的房子价格很好却没有人喜欢。让我想起

其实在弯曲硅谷也是一样的很多污染源。在sanjose， sunnyvale， mountain view 甚至palo alto的一小片，都是很严重的污染源。

在那几个小片区的源头所在地上面建的房子比同个town里面的其他地方价格就要低不少。

但是最近这种差别越来越小。因为中国人不太注重污染，买那些地方的房子也是没有办法的办法。因为周围也太贵了。

这里的污染大部分是80年代的芯片公司埋下的祸根。现在那些地方的地下水和地面的空气污染浓度都是比较高的。

我们在那些地方看房子的时候都做过详细的调查。实在是很吓人。
