原因不费解

很多人都是业余地主，一边挣着工资，一边坐收房租。所以passive income 的对待和 earned income 不一样。如果你入股partnership,只等坐地分赃，没有实际参与劳动，那些收入也是 passive income.

你可以将自己变成一个专业地主，这些收入就是business income 了。这坛子里有不少专业地主，问问他们吧。
