虽然房源减少了，但是房价并没有涨起来

这个文章说的基本考谱。从全国范围来说。是回到2002。

虽然最近抢房是事实，但是，今年1季度的成交价格并没有多少回升。当然某些小地区除外。

所以我认为下面一年左右机会一直在。只要你有心，总是会有好的deal出现的。
