弱弱问一句：2011年取消了每个人$400的退税吗？

2009和2010年度报税时都有每人$400的退税额，现在报2011年税时发现没有这个退税了，但也没听到新闻消息说取消。去IRS网站查半天查不出个所以然，只好来请教一下，是否我遗漏了啥消息？问题比较弱，大家别拍砖，哈哈，谢谢！
