Thanks you for your kind words. I am a big fan of Tiger and very happy to see him won a PGA today again. I play golf very often and I really enjoyed that in San Diego, you can play golf till really late. 

I am not aggresive in San Diego yet. If the price drops again, I will buy one or two more units in San Diego in the future. If it bounces back, so be it.
