这样的情况能租吗

一个single mother带个女儿和她妈来租房子。

Grandma是主申请人。破产过，已经discharge了。现在credit 670，收入167k. 收入稳定。

The single mother信用不好，有个bad divorce. 房子被foreclosure，信用卡也有collection. 收入也不行，拿1099。她说收入不稳定，一个月八千，一个月两千这样。credit 580. 她自知不够格，说只让她妈申请。我想她要住进来，还是也应该申请吧。

我本来不想租，但看重她妈收入高，稳定。房租又只有1600. 再收两个月deposit. 问题应该不大吧。

想听听老地主们的高见。
