话说那天王护士长得知有人要卸磨杀驴，遂借道成都进入美领馆求助。领馆即电告北京的骆大使，骆大使吃惊之余，第一时间接通了白宫的电话。以下是根据维基离客透露的通话内容：

奥8马： What's up, Mr. Ambassador?

骆大使: Oh well, Mr. President. We have some problem here. Mr. Wang, one of the Vice Mayors of Chongqing City went into our High Consulate in Chengdu asking for our help. ... ...
