condo question

我们有在两年内归国的打算，现在租房要每月1200。是不是应该买个康斗先住着。不知道将来要雇人管理容易吗？先有一康斗，要价150000，HOA400/月。税1500/年。算下来每月和我租房的房租差不多。将来出租也1200/月。大家说值得买吗？谢谢了！
