大华府白菜房有多热

近几天发生的两个Cases:

有一白菜房昨天上市，今天就涨了一万。Agent打电话问对方Agent，答复是不用再看啦，Offers太多了。连passcode都不给我的Agent了。

另一个case是：Agent打电话给对方Agent不接电话，留言两天没回复。后来对方Agent回邮件说：已有两个Offers。不加两万不考虑。

看来在华府地区，白菜价眼下很难再买到白菜房了。
