一只猫收多少Deposit?

各位大侠：My regular rent is $1150 for 1 year lease with 1 month deposit. Two story house with carpets with a few stain spots from previous owner. I do not want to charge monthly pet fee to make it looks like 变相涨租。

Anyone has experience dealing with tenant that has cat?  How much damage will cat cause?
