今日房贷利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:今天(3月16日星期五)开盘时的利率价格和昨天相比稍微变差。目前重新贷款40万左右30年固定的利率仍为4%,15 年固定仍为3.25%,5/1 ARM仍为2.75%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率为3.875%,15年固定为3.125%,5/1 ARM为2.5%。
