不明白为什么会something fishy?

个人， 根据自己的情形选择哪种方法。 怎么会something fishy?

如果是那样的话， 因该禁止了。 而不应该一方面允许 而另一方面又去auidt因为something fishy, 这似乎是政策上的自相矛盾。  不好意思， 请问你是报税专业人士吗？
