1. call a local realtor ask if he/she can put your house on MLS. $500 max

2. Go on line and buy signs and lock made for your liking

3. Craigslist ads

4. stage your house.

5. Answer your cell phone and show.

Of course there are details but i've done this many times. Worked everytime.
