short sale 的房主能指定把房子买给他的好朋友吗?

刚offer了一个short sale, 房主也是中国人.我的full price offer是第一个被接受的,我在合同上签了字,连定金都收了,就等房主签字了. 可第二天realtor说, 房主有一个好朋友也想买, 房主想买给他的好朋友. 他的朋友的offer比我的晚了3个小时, 也是full price offer. 现在我觉得很郁闷, 各位有什么建议吗? 谢谢!
