许多抱怨的事都是小事，干哪行都会碰到的。答应要来签约的没来，太正常了。我几次看见有人在餐厅坐下，喝了口水，改主意，走掉了。书店里有多少人翻了1小时书，一本不买走掉的。
我第一次买投资房，用了一个买方代理，花了半天，看了5-6个地方，一个都不成。后来，我知道不能用买房代理，直接找卖房代理，2年内买了16 栋。那代理要是知道一定生气，但这是没办法的事，不存在诚实与否的事。我用的汗滴，能不做j就不做，看到你没看到的问题，也不告诉你，刚开始也不习惯，后来一想也是，你没有答应额外给钱，他们也是多一事不如少一事。谁叫人家便宜啊。
