我第一次买投资房,用了一个买方代理,花了半天,看了5-6个地方,一个都不成。后来,我知道不能用买房代理,直接找卖房代理,2年内买了16 栋。那代理要是知道一定生气,但这是没办法的事,不存在诚实与否的事。我用的汗滴,能不做j就不做,看到你没看到的问题,也不告诉你,刚开始也不习惯,后来一想也是,你没有答应额外给钱,他们也是多一事不如少一事。谁叫人家便宜啊。
