小地主决定停止扩大规模，不再继续买房子了。

突然觉得当地主没劲，不想再买房子了。已经有的房子就算了，不想继续再买了。

生活中有太多美好的东西可以享受，有太多的priority更加enjoyable。一栋房子一年顶多也就赚1万块，而且要没有空置，没有维修。不过也没有白当地主一回，一个经历吧。在这百年难遇的经融危机下当了美国地主，生活也算是完整了。

决定重新调整一下自己的priority。多花点时间和精力在孩子和日渐年迈的父母身上。
