请教买房预算

第一次买房，请各位帮忙参谋，如何预算合适。双职工年收入税前约16万，无孩，无债/贷款，可流动现金18万，信用良好800+，Wells Fargo pre-approval贷款52万（当时我们说计划买65万以内的房子）。打算买状况好的房子，短期不会有装修开支的。我们可以把预算放到70万以内吗？
