墙上18 个裂缝， 请问个位大佬，是否问题很大

在看一个REO房，inspection report says

"a pattern of 18 consistent cracks along what could be wall stud line."

这个是否问题很大？ 维修是否很贵？

还有地上也有一些裂缝。 请看照片
