Prefab homes, what's in your mind

 

俺不喜欢旧房， 特别不喜欢，没人喜欢， 对不？

却喜欢好区， 非常地喜欢，人人喜欢， 对不？

难怪好区新房要价了， 俺实在买不起， 就琢磨呀， 使劲地琢磨。  于是， 想起了"prefab homes".  俺想呀， 在好区买个破房（光买块地不成， 因为地基和水电没有现成的）， 然后把房拉倒， 摆上漂亮的积木房， 可行吗？  这东西怎么work的， 请明人赐教， 谢了！
