俺一套全新装修3房两卫的公寓租给一家印度人,人口超过lease规定咋办?

今天印度人来电话说门锁坏了,俺过去看了一下.发现里面住了6个人.夫妻两,两个小孩和外公外婆.lease上写明是夫妻加两个小孩.这对印度夫妻credit分数都是700多,付房租应该没问题.像这样的问题要不要向他指出来?
