房客刚刚打电话说她们要提早搬走（４／１５），

她老公要relocate另一个地方。这是我们第一个房客，合同是到６月３０号结束，房租还是挺准时。

我想４月的房租她们还是要全部交的。押金还需要还？还是没找到新房客就不退啦？我在AZ，我想在final walk through让她们不要短水气电，好方便我们检查。 我还需要给她们寄notice 给她们吗？哪位有这notice 给不给share一张为我。谢谢啦。

举个例子：如果她们把窗帘杆搞短了，需要她们赔吗？
