我CASH　OFFER　一个SHORT　SALE的房子正在PROCESSING。问题：在CLOSING时，如果时间足够的话，我可以用LOAN吗？我TALK　TO　我的REALTOR，她说，我这样做是欺骗。我想不通，为什么？不都是用钱买房吗？
之所以想这样做是因为贷款的话可以稍微多贷几万，如果CASH　OUT半年前买的房，拿不到我想要的数目。
