如果agent和他的client都对同一个房子感兴趣怎么办？

这该是有conflict of interest了吧？一般来说agent是否该放弃呢？很多agents自己也做房地产，碰到好的deal他们一定也会感兴趣，要是他们的client同时也喜欢，agents该怎么办？我想这种事应该是挺常见的吧？
