在去年11月初，赞格尔注意到高通(QCOM)股票的表现“有些活泼”，因此他就在57.50美元到62.50美元之间的价位上买入了5000股的高通股 票。在几个星期时间里，这只股票的价格最高触及93美元，但波动性很高。赞格尔坚持了下去，在涨涨跌跌的走势中买入或卖出部位。到去年12月30日为止， 这只股票的价格超过了161美元。在新年的第一天，高通股价再度上涨了一些，随后赞格尔以196美元和194美元的价格出售了所持剩余部位，从中获利 270万美元。
