请教：在卖房，buyer要我们出closing cost,请问有什么风险吗？谢谢

我们必须卖掉在texas的房子，但目前出offer的人同意我们的房价，但要求我们在closing时出6000的closing cost,请问这里的达人，这样有什么风险吗？还就是和降6000块房价道理相同？
