I thought about that. But their application is the only one I got. Also they had left good feeling to me: they spent 40 mins looking through the house (which shows they are serious) while others just spent 10 mins. their smile does not fake. they looks nice. their previous landlord gave good reference.
my house is in good area with excellent school. My rent is little bit in high range. So not many people toured my house (so far, just 6).
Is that advisable to lower the rent to bring in more people so that I could have more choice?
