请教 - 出租房当自家房买又有问题了。

这次买的backyard有playground equipment-滑滑梯之类。我很喜欢就买了。朋友建议要考虑可能的人身伤害问题。我想加一个attachment在租约上。请诸位看看是否可行。先谢了。

There are no any problems known for the previous owners for the playground equipment. Should there be any problems found by renters, we will do necessary repair ASAP. But we do not factor the equipment in the rental price; nor do we assume any responsibility for using the equipment.
It is pure tenant‘s responsibility for using the equipment.
