请问，agent不让俺带contrator看房，她能这样做吗？

是个listing agent. 已经有accepted offer.  上次inspection后，发现很多问题，通过listing agent, 让seller 给了credit.  俺还想找个engineer看看，给个估价，但是listing agent 说要sign contract 才让俺们进去。 现在房子空着，seller已经搬走。

请问她这样做合法吗？
