同学们碰到过这事没有？

我在前一个employer那里的FSA上还有近六百元没有拿回来，上个月搜岀一些收据，填好表寄去，居然被打回！理由是account 已经被停止超过90天了！

有这一规定吗？有办法将损失夺回来吗？
