1, 2 chinese students moved in feb 1, and went back to china feb 12, saying to me "go back 2 weeks"
2. Late one emailed me, from china, they will be back in 3 months?
3. I emailed them 5-6 times, are you back 2 weeks or 3 months. You still have 300 past due deposit unpaid. no response. even pretend to send email from my collection legal agent, no response. i also emailed them wire instruction or online direct deposit instructions to pay rents
4. they left clothes, toys, bicycle etc (altoghter $300 or so worth). They left 2 rabbits in my brand new condo, constantly chewing baseboards. I have to go there every week to feed the rabbits now.
5. they also left a second hand honda civic red car in my parking lot without license.
So what I do to protect me? what if they don't come back in march and don't pay the rent?!! i have copies of their chinese passports. one from Tianjin, one from Sichuan. one told me their parents do realestate
