换房顶和Siding要多少钱？

看中一个1949年的房 （一千多尺），房子外面看去很旧，Realtor可能要换房顶和Siding，另外窗子也是原装的，有些已有裂痕，建议最好换Double Pane的Energy Efficient的。请问这些各类大概要多少钱？谢谢！
