$300 Commission

Previously, I told one of my tenants that if she was able to find a tenant to rent my house located in bad zone, then she would get $300 cash. Out of the frustraction from the house, I just would like to get rid of it rather than rent it out. So I persuaded all potential renters to be buyers. Last week, the tenant called her nephew and let me talk to her to see if she would rent it. Eventually, she decided to buy it. A land contract was signed and 40% downpayment was paid at noon today. After only one hour of singing the contract, the tenant called me to deliver $300 to her to get her car fixed...
