hot water heating 还是hydro air?

现在有个duplex 只有热水供暖系统。 想把两个unit的供暖系统分开让房客自己付。但是contractor说分成两个供暖系统要2万多。 加 central air 又要两万多。但是新做一个hydro air 同时供冷暖空调要3万。这是不是都太贵了？ 如果一定要做，选哪个方案？ 房客是更喜欢hydro air 还是hot water heating?
