What happened to "Uncle Electronic Battery", what exactly happened to him, he suddenly disappeared, the last post I knew that he was in somewhere in south Pacific to find the rare earth. I always want to ask him this question, how did they find the capital to develop the rare earth? What is the IRR for this kind of project? If it is not over 20%, they can buy REOs here in the states and make mid-teen IRRs, or just buy non-performing loan backed bonds now in the market, leveraged IRR can reach low-20%. It seems like his project can match "Apollo Project"
