全美国的地主们，团结起来！

多数美国地主， 都是说实话的。

若有一个新房客申请住房，你打电话问原来的地主，会有两种答案。

如果是个好房客，原来的地主会如实告诉你。

如果是个烂房客，原来的地主经常会告诉你，“无可奉告”。

你当然知道这句话的含义！

我最恨的是有些地主，明明是个烂房客，为了自己的利益，为了早点把他轰出去，不惜撒谎，告诉后来的房客是个好房客。自己省心了，别人倒霉了。不幸的是，我们同胞中，此类人不少！

这种做法，损害的是地主的集体利益。烂房客们因此得不到应有的惩罚，反倒如鱼得水，顺利找到新住所。

我称这种地主是烂地主。

奉劝烂地主，难道你就不怕其他的地主也以其人之道，还治其人之身吗？
