可怜啦one tenant got cancer

another one's family member got cancer too.

just called her to check her rent payment status and knew that she was in the hospital with her mom for chemo.

She got a small portion of rent to pay.

I waived some of the rent for the first one.

I am afraid i have to give up a little bit on this one too.
