请教如何接手有lease的房子

刚买了一个带lease的房子，lease也是刚刚和前任房东签好的，3月1日才会搬进来。

这样的情况，我需要重新和房客签个一样的lease吗，还是保留原有的lease，另外附一份change in management的表格？
