也问这几个租客能租吗？

房子remodel过，3bd／2.5ba，很新，看过的都想租。下面几个怎么样？

1.黑人夫妇，2个孩子，10岁男孩，7个月女孩，男，开理发店，有2年w－9 income，女：airline customer service，在同一公司工作了22年了，excellent credit。income more than 3x租金。有以前landlord reference。

2.韩国家庭，2个女儿，一middle schooler，一个上city college。男主人，以前income 9万，2个星期前开自己的business，开grocery shop，女主人，护士，一个人income 有3x房租。credit 600以下（不是因为foreclosure house），没有以前landlord reference （住父母家5年）。

还是再接着等等看有没有更好的。谢谢。
