I think you should think about this issue from the seller's perspective, what if you were the seller? You are working with the buyers for 2 months and the buyer decide not to buy it anymore? What is your feeling? You signed the contract to buy, you need to honor the contract. If your break the contract, you should compensate the seller, period.

 

You should think this from in a big picture, take the loss and learn this lesson: IF you DO NOT want to buy it, DO NOT sign the contract. You sign the contract, you honor the contract, God is fair, you will get it even sooner or later.
