想买一个四十年的自住和投资房。准备一楼用于自住。二楼可能还有地下室用于出租。这里是这个房子的链接：

这个房子值得买吗？ 我现在租房，是两式一厅， 大约1100sqft。在这个房子的附近。

请问大家：在检查房子的时候重点要看什么？如果买到这样的房子，需要做什么样的维护？
