How much cost to repair a sunking foundation on a house?

Just viewed a house with sunking foundation. The house is built on a slop with cracks on the floor and around house. The price is dirty cheap ($100k discount) and the location is very good. Not sure how much it will take to fix the foundation. Any suggestion on this?
