1)2 cracked storm windows need to be repaired and replaced

2)damper in the fireplace was not operational, fireplace doors did not close properly

3)install metal mesh water supply hoses to reduce the risk of a rupture and subsequent water damage

4)metal flex duct for dryer vents

5)water heater at te end of designed life

6)leak on the tub faucet, slow tub drain, sink stop in the first floor bathroom

7)heat pumps at the end of its designed life

8)secure the handrail on the basement steps

9)appears to sections of rot on the fascia, have the rotted sections removed and repaired prior to painting

10)secure the handrail on the wood deck to reduce the risk of a safety hazard
