按照合同他们应该付这两个月房租

而且他们违反合同偷偷养宠物，后院很多狗屎，应该怎么处罚呢？

现在怎么追讨呢，我有他们的SSN ,但是没有他们现在的地址

应该上SMALL COURT还是找Collection?
