纠结：造新房，还是买二手房？

老婆看不上二手房，想造新房。

二手房大约是2004年造的，面积比较小，2200-2800SF， Lot比也较小， 离高速 0.2
miles。

新房面积比较大，3000-3600SF，Lot比也较好和大，但是要昂100K，离高速 3 miles。

目前只有二个人住。
