Just talked to a broker today, and here is her offer:
Loan of $250k, 15 years with rate of 3.625%, no point, but have to pay the closing fees of $6100, (including lender fee of $4087, appraisal fee of $400, Leanders title insurance of $750, closing fee of $500, etc)
