请问哪家加拿大的银行能给最好的interst rate for HomeOwner's Line of Credit？

最近正申请Home Home Owner's Line of Credit in Canada, 一般银行都利率为Prime+0.5%-即现在为3.5%。

请问有哪家能给更好的利率？
