我有房客什么都好，就是每次房租都晚两三天。

最多一次五天。我不知道他是不上心还是没钱。俩人工资挺高的。我也不好意思因为这几天收他late fee. 可我每次5号都提醒他，每次都说下次不会了。可是下次还是一样。睁一眼闭一眼算了吗？
