共同点:都是Condo, 九十年代中建,地点在同一街段.
房一:Short sale. 3 foors. around 1800 sqft: 2 bedrms + 3.5 baths + 1 family rm which could be converted into another bedrm; + an attached one car garage
Market price: 190-200k, may get with 160k
1st floor: Family room, clostet, a full bathroom, utility room, access to attached one car garage;
2nd floor: living room with fireplace&balcony + dinning room open floor, Separated Kichen without window, power room (half bath)
3rd floor: Master bedroom with walking closet & full bath with balcony, 2nd bedroom, 2nd full bath in hallway, laundry room
只有一面墙有窗。
Condition: the whole unit needs repaint, and may need to change carpet or Hardwood (currently, it is wall to wall carpet, looks dirty, but not very old), appliances not tested, electricity is shut (nobody is lving there). the unit is winterized.
2. 房二:regular sale, 2-floors unit above another unit which is in the raised 1st floor, on ground is the one car garage of that 2-floor unit.

想买了租出去,能升值更好。
钱只够买一个,哪个好?房一主要担心毕竟只有两个正规卧室,一楼家庭间改卧室没有很好的私密性,但有自己的full bath(靠近大学,可能主要面向学生,一间间房租),而且目前状况不如房二。得花现金装修。很忙而且对装修不在行。钱也有限。
