信用卡的费用可以抵出租房的收入吗？

最近看中一个银行的房子，房子需要修理才可贷款，想用现金来买，当出租房。可手中现金不足，不知大家有从信用卡公司借钱的经历吗？现在很多信用卡公司提供0%APR，只是要付3%的费用。不知这3%的费用可以在报税时抵出租房的收入吗？请各位前辈多指教！
