硅谷房子又开始抢了

感觉原因主要是去年工程师们的平均工资涨了(5%, http://www.eetimes.com/electronics-news/4235174/Engineering-salaries-on-the-rise).

不少公司现在开始雇新毕业生了， 并且有sign-up bonus。

从东湾到Stockton， 白菜房价钱稳中有升，一半以上三天内就pending。
